BTW, Wiz, any config for the Intel platform, coz its for a friend and wat will be the processor speed? and i guess this ASUS mobo is PCI-e slot so wich PCI-e card will be suffucient?

this one is good ..but some changes...put few more abt 700rs and get 160/200gb hdd. ALso check out d102ggc2 mobo with INTEL 805 (2MB L2 cache 2.66Ghz 800MHz FSB)
if u do not need totally impersive go for 4.1 or even good 2.1 and save money there.
the saved money can be used for better graphics card.

@ashu888, You can buy a SamSung or ViewSonic monitor CRT 17' or LCD ( depends on your budget)
Get APC UPS - BACK-UPS ES 600 (best UPS).
