1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: This PC is for my nephew who is currently 12 years old. Usage will be school work, programing (currently his syllabus includes QBasic, not sure what is there in higher class). Also it should be able to handle games (FIFA, NFS, CoD, GTA) in low settings.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 30K (can be extended to maximum 34K)

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 250 GB HDD (ST3250310AS) is already there. Need another 1/2 TB whichever fits budget.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Old monitor will be reused (1366x768). Will be upgraded later to FHD monitor.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Monitor, Speakers

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: As soon as possible

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Assembler

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Noida. local buying is preferred as I will not be there to assemble the system.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I am thinking for below config.
Ryzen 3 2200G - 7800
MSI B350M PRO VDH - 6700
Corsair Vengenge 3000MHz - 6050
WD 1TB Blue WD10EZEX - 3170
Corsair Spec 1 - 2700
Antec VP 450 P - 2690
Logitech KB & M - 1000
Total - 30110

Now as I still have some money from extended budget left should I go for Ryzen 5 2400G or save the money for a graphics card later.

What you're thinking is decent. Yeah, for better graphics/gaming you can opt for 2400G.
