PC Components failure

Hey all.
I bought my PC (configuration in my signature) on March this year. It was running smoothly untill a week ago. Suddenly I was having trouble logging on and after I entered my password it takes a lot of time and finally ends up on a error. I booted up in safe mode and disable all except Microsoft services. That issue resolved but HWinfo was no loner able to work properly. The PC would always freeze on Analyzing PCI devices. Changing some settings in HWinfo finally got it to work. Also if my screen is turned off for a long time and PC is on, the screen never turns on again when i use mouse or keyboard eventually leading to a system crash.

Also bittoorent causes the PC to hang and crashes. SO diagonsed the PC with Memtest and WD disk check tool and found out that one of my RAM module has developed faults. Also a lot of bad sectors on my HDD. Already initiated RMA for these.

Now should I be worried about other parts? Is these failures are because of any other core components like SMPS or motherboard.

Also the VRM voltage in in my GPU is 11.781 (min). Is this figure ok?

PSU might be the culprit here. Send it for RMA. Check if there is any fluctuation in electricity in your area and there is proper earthing in the switch board you connect to your PC.
