PC build under 25k budget

For the cabinet, I am confused between the Q300L / Deepcool Matrexx 30 / Silverstone Fara R1. The first two seem to have a smaller footprint than the Corsair / Antec gaming ones that retail for about 3000 odd.
Silverstone Fara R1 made it to best budget case suggestion by Gamernexus. Checkout his article/video Best case 2020, just dropped few days ago.
He didn't find Q500L good, so pretty much the same will apply to Q300L as well I guess as both are pretty much the same.
But hey! For a simple build like this, any will do.

Pulled the trigger on this today.

Core i3-10100
MSI H410-M Pro-VH
Crucial Basics 8GB DDR4 2666 MHz
Kingston A2000 M.2 256 GB
Cooler Master MWE450 Bronze V2
Deepcool Matrexx 30
Benq - GW2283
Logitech Keyboard/Mouse MK 220

Last minute change to Cooler Master over Corsair based on that PSU rating list (though the CM may have a coil whine issue).

Though I had made up my mind about getting the Silverstone Fara R1, however Vedant Computers dropped the price of the Deepcool Matrexx 30 to 2500 today (from 3122) and therefore decided to go with this.

Once again, thank you @omega44-xt , @nac and @whitestar_999 for your inputs. And sorry about hijacking this 25k pc build thread.

Corsair 100R has a very annoying issue which is rarely mentioned in reviews & which I found out only after buying it. The space between its right side panel(the side that is usually always closed) & hdd cage is not much so in case of multiple hdd/ssd in cage & a psu like corsair CX450/550/650 etc which have sata power connectors daisy chained in a thick sleeved wire it becomes very difficult to close the side panel after connecting all the sata power connectors.

It is not USA so forget about black friday/cyber monday deals here. M.2 is a form factor while interface can be sata as well as NVMe(usually referred to as pcie x2/x4 ssd). A M.2 sata ssd is just your typical 2.5" sata ssd without its external casing so in all mobos 1/2 sata ports share lane with M.2 sata ssd port & installing M.2 sata ssd in that port disables 1/2 sata ports(that is also why it is recommended to use regular 2.5" sata ssd instead of M.2 sata ssd because they are basically same but M.2 sata ssd waste an extra sata port). M.2 NVMe ssd uses pcie lanes instead of sata lanes so its install has no effect on sata ports.

I went through the Motherboard Manual, and using a M.2 NVMe ssd would disable only one sata port (SATA4). This is what it says:

"4x SATA 6Gb/s ports*
∙∙ 1x M.2 slot (Key M)
▪▪M2_1 supports up to PCIe 3.0 x4 and SATA 6Gb/s, 2242/ 2260/ 2280 storage devices*

* SATA4 will be unavailable when installing M.2 SATA SSD in the M.2 slot.

Great, congrats. Total price? If possible, individual breakdown.

Total cost was 36,906/-

Core i3-10100 - 9.9k
MSI H410-M Pro-VH - 5.6k
Crucial Basics 8GB DDR4 2666 MHz - 2.3k (Amazon)
Kingston A2000 M.2 256 GB - 3,450 (3,250 @ Vedant et al, didn't remember to negotiate)
Cooler Master MWE450 Bronze V2 - 2,750
Deepcool Matrexx 30 - 3142 (2500 + 642 shipping. Funny story that the price was at 3123/- earlier and after I ordered everything from MD computers, the Cabinet's price dropped to 2500. It was then between paying 3142 for Deepcool, or 3999 for Fara R1, and decided to go with the m-atx cabinet)
Benq - GW2283 - 7.8k
Logitech Keyboard/Mouse MK 220 - 1338

MD computers offered free shipping to Delhi, but charged a convenience fee of Rs.600 odd on their website. This still worked out cheaper than Vedant's (2000k shipping charges for the entire build) and Prime ABGB's (1.3k shipping charges).

On a side note, I found MD computers' service to be very good (responded with an e-mail quotation, quick to answer calls etc). I can't say the same for Vedant who didn't bother to respond to my e-mail at all and just said everything is on the website when I messaged them.

On mobos with 6 sata ports it is usually the case that 2 sata ports are disabled when using a m.2 sata ssd, I guess for 4 ports it is expected that only 1 sata port is disabled else that will leave only 2 sata ports enabled.
