PayPal for international payments

All, I haven't used PayPal before and looking for some feedback. I am purchasing some subscriptions but I am not sure if I should enter the card details directly on the site or should I use PayPal? I will be using ICICI CC. Whichever payment mode I select will there be any additional charges on my card which will be added later on?
For ex, LastPass subscription is $36, will there be any additional conversion charges if I use PayPal using ICICI CC?

Avoid lastpass they keep getting hacked regularly try using bitwarden or if you want paid password manager use 1password. Paypal has no additional conversion charges however Paypal forex charges > ICICI CC so use bank conversion instead of paypal (you'll get the option at the time of payment)

I have used keepass for years now, may be decade now and I feel its outdated. Online safes are offering good features, that is why I am looking for premium version. I will try Bitwarden before making purchase now

Thanks, just registered for Bitwarden, will give it a go. It seems cheaper as well, $10 yearly.
Did you mean I should use PayPal but use bank conversion charges and not PayPal's?

i have a different pvt bank account created just for paypal etc(not my main salary account) ...it works since i keep limited money in that...paypal linked with it..have used paypal for international purchases using that Banks debit card
