Considering ur P4 1.7 GHz...overclockin can be done using CPU-FSB and Soft-FSB ...Just google them and u can download them and use it on ur system.. Be careful not to overclock it very high.. 5-10 % inccrement on the clock speed-the cpu can handle..more than that u will end up with a burnt toast.

Considering ur ram it is SDRam ... go to bios and reduce the cas and ras to 2 clocks.. Other than this I donno.. Happy overclocking

dakrlord. Stop messing around :p I already helped him out when he posted this in the Software section. Hes got a mobo intel 845 I think and I pointed him out to your sticky thread. Still he didnt bother reading it did he. And also his mobo serial when I searched gave me some obscure mobo name! I dont think its gonna OC at all...

Precisely, i hadnt posted in here coz the mobo manufacturer is some Aristo Manufacturer with so official website and oc support

If you guys find more info abt the motherboard then mebbe we can help
