Overclockable mobo from Gigabyte

Hey everyone,
pls suggest a mobo that can stand rigorous OC at around the 4k mark.....preferably from gigabyte, else asus ......internal graphics not mandatory
Requirements:-
Supports min. 1333Mhz FSB
Supports 8GB DDR2 800Mhz or above
Has solid caps....
Pci-e x16 2.0

The more better if it supports DDR3.......
Anyway, how much does the GA-EP35-DS3R cost?
Whichever board u suggest should be a powerful OCer with a lot of features too......

can you tell why you want to over clock so bad?

i wloudn't consider over clocking my system unless it is a costly machine with adequate cooling and if the hardware can handle that and i won't be running it longer either
for everyday use i just want a system that can run for hours without any maintenance and high power consumption

Im getting an EVGA GTS250 512MB and an OCZ StealthXstream 600w PSU from my bro in canada.....and im upgrading my RAM to 4GB.....the only bottleneck i'll have then will be my CPU....so i'll have to Overclock it....thats y...
