Over the ear Headphones <2k

Please suggest some good Over the Ear headphones within 2k. I can stretch the budget to slightly more ~ 2.5k but not more. My prime concerns, besides good sound quality, is built/durability and comfort.

Also, 2.1 speakers with same budget. Need to buy those too.

I'll use primarily for watching movies, listing to lectures and occasional music. Don't need them for gaming, and don't care much about isolation. I've used on-the-ear senn headphones in past, tried over-the-ear but didn't find them comfortable - but would like to give it a shot now. Also, would prefer price of around 2k, not too much.

As for speakers - movies, music, house parties.
