Over ear headphone.

Hello friends.
I am searching for over ear headphone in addition to in ear.
*Budget Rs 7k (Can extend if really worth).
*Source is Moto G and HTC M7
*Hindi, Marathi songs and Ghazals.
*Need naturally sounding clear headphones.
**How is Audiotechnica M50 and Sennheiser pro 280?
**Will addition of external headphone amplifier will make great difference in audio quality with above gear? Is it advisable?
**What's exact role or indications of external headphone amplifier?

For mobile devices stick to IEM's, over head phones of higher budget are good if played with a good amp.
Low power devices like mobiles don't do justice

Which amp will be good for mobile in range of around 4k? Just for my knowledge.
