Opera +Windows Media Player

I have Opera 7.54 and whenevr i see a video which opens up a browser window and starts windows media player, Opera hangs and i need to restart it!!
What is d problem wid it??
Btw I have WMP 10

first of all get urself opera 8.5, its free !!!

type operalugins in address field and check if media player plugin is properly installed.

also check if the site u r trying to use is using IE only Activex content... Opera and FF don't support activex
