Yes, at theitdepot.com everything is overpriced.
I have bought from ebay.in but not anything costly but relatively cheap things like a Vantec 92 mm Stealth fan, ie. things which are very difficult to find locally. I paid by online by HDFC transfer and received the articles in good condition within 3-4 days.

These sites and www.amazon.com won't ship to India and even if they did the custom walas would fill their pockets with unnecessary import duties.
