Oneplus One behaving erratic...

Hey all,
I recently purchased one plus one unboxed model( hope all knows what it means) from Overcart.com I loved it. But recently some problems are slowly creeping in.
1. Phone heating up after a continuous use of 15min.
2. Charger getting too heated.
3. Touch not so sensitive( have to touch the screen a bit hard)
4. Some games( I played sonic dash) not running so smoothly..
5. My face going down because of all this
Guys plz help me out.. Its the original oneplus one .That is confirm. Even accessories are original( just like a brand new one plus one box)

Try to update the OS version. These heating might be due to software issues.

But I did it from CM11 to CM 12..but still(actually the only prob that irritates me is battery heating up!! Can Snapdragon 801 chip show such things with battery??!)

Return or replace it. Software issues are seldom the cause for heating, specially the way you had mentioned it. It seems your device is faulty.

Overcart.com, they sell mostly Unboxed & Refurbished Products

ask for warranty, get repaired there only... if possible replacement..

Refurbished & Factory Seconds Online Shopping- Buy Mobiles, Laptops, TV, Washing Machines, Electronics Appliances at GreenDust.com will be better option than overcart...
