one speaker not working

hi friends , i have bought new stereo speakers for my pc but when i connect it with my pc only one of them works but when i check them with my laptop both of the speakers work fine with very good sound quality

what could be the problem ?

Run a software called realteck audio manager and set your pc configuration 2.1 or 5.1 and then check sound .

if there's a sub woofer make sure the connections at the back are done properly. Especially if it's the old style connection with the pins. Many a times even if they're a bit loose you don't get the sound.

Already checked only one of the speakers is working and is fully functional and the other one isn't.

Do you have any other 3.5mm jack based Headphones? Do L + R Channels work when you use your headphones in the line-out of your PC?
Is your PC motherboard and cabinet having support for Front Audio ports? If so if you connect them to the front audio, what's the result?
