What sort of office?

If you are working in a company, it would be better to get a branded PC since it would be easier to handle warranties on the entire machine rather than manage warranties for individual components.

However, if you still insist on getting an assembled PC, let us know.

Audit firm. Yes, I understand, but due to tight budget constraints and heavy workloads just around the corner, we are seeking the best value for our money. around Rs 50-60K

+1 regarding warranty

This is a basic rig that is enough for office use:

Never hear of Powerx H110 motherboard, are they reliable?

It's not clear what you're asking. Are you asking for new build suggestion or are you asking if you can fit all your requirements in 60k?

You need 4 systems and you're getting quotation for i3 build ~10k each and that's excluding monitor, PSU and case. And also you need 8 units of memory stick and 6 units of SSD. Should we assume that the budget of 60k is for all these or 60k for each build?

I apologize for the unclear information previously provided.

After searching on pcpricetracking, we have decided to hold off on purchasing 8 memory sticks and 6 SSD units.

We have also decided to decrease the number of systems to 3.

Now total budget 3 systems will be between Rs 30 to 40K.

include Motherboard, CPU, RAM: and SSD,

Okay. So you have budget of 40k to buy 3 systems. Used system is the way to go, can't get 3 new builds in this budget - not even Pentium. I guess the quotation you got is for used/refurbished systems with at least few months warranty. I don't prefer used builds and never felt comfortable suggesting. If all you have is that budget and you need 3 system, not a lot you can do. Keep your fingers crossed and get used builds. Hope the guy who sells/helps you find this builds will help you if needed, right?

One of the member from techenclave recommend Intel BOXNUC7CJYSAMN - Windows 11, Intel, Celeron 4505, 4 GB DDR4, 64 GB eMMC Mini PC (Black, Grey) maybe after seeing impossible price point

Intel, Celeron 4505 How sluggish is software like Tally, Excel, or Chrome when performing a task?

@nac How much should I increase the budget per system to get reasonable performance
25k per system

You can buy used Intel NUC like systems which are faster than that Pentium NUC.
www.amazon.in/Renewed-Lenovo-ThinkCentre-Desktop-Windows/dp/B0BFWLR6M8/

They are refurbished i.e. used ones with no manufacturer warranty.

IMO quad cores are the least you need in today's time. Even web browsing is getting more resource intensive.

I don't even find Pentium a VFM option, Celeron is not even in my radar.
I find i3 a good option and that would cost you about 36k (Includes CPU, MB, RAM, SSD, Case, PSU, KB Combo, 22" IPS monitor)
Keeping everything same replacing i3 with Pentium would cost you 30k,
Replacing i3 with 3200G would cost about 32k.
The only place I would find it okay to cut cost here is PC case, if you want. And I find neither Penitum nor 3200G VFM.

What kind of applications will be used on the PCs? Office and Browsers only? Then this configuration will do great, given the price (sincerely someone who has to work with multiple Excel sheets, Word files and Browser with 20+ tabs on a i3 2nd Gen with 4 GB RAM..

Quotes are okayish, go ahead if you trust the AMC guy.
