Office pc for a budget of ₹35,000

Hello digitians this is my first post and I need your help to buy my first pc for office purposes.
I am completely new in technology and only know basic information of the computer components.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Only for running an accounting software called "genius" and for web browsing. No gaming whatsoever.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000. Not more than ₹35,000.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7 (already have the os purchased).

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 128 gb is more than enough for me, and I am not joking. I have a relatively empty external hard disk of 500 gb for storage purposes. I am thinking of buying a internal solid state drive for this config if it will be more beneficial than a hard drive.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes I want a new monitor of 18.5 inches screen size. Currently I have a 17 inch lg monitor for my home pc. My work will demand a lot of text reading and typing so I need a monitor which has easy text readability.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: I seriously don't need a graphics card as the accounting software doesn't require any graphics processing and no gaming will be done on the pc. Also, the os is already purchased so not required either.
I will need all other new components as the existing ones are used on my home pc and cannot be replaced.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Within this week.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: I will take help of assembler.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I live in Surat, Gujarat. I always prefer to buy online if a component is cheaper online, than the local market.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: No.

Thanks to digit for providing a forum to seek help from the experts.
Kindly help me in building my first pc.
Thank you!

Hello digitians I have planned this config with the help of your suggestions:

Intel i3 4130: ₹7325 (flipkart)
Gigabyte ga b85m d3h: ₹5627 (flipkart)
Samsung evo 120 gb ssd: ₹5300 (flipkart)
Ssd mounting bracket: ₹274 (primeabgb)
Corsair value select 4 gb 1600mhz: ₹2775 (flipkart)
Antec vp450p psu: ₹2625 (flipkart)
Deepcool tesseract cabinet: ₹2600 (the itdepot)
Logitech mk220 wireless combo: ₹1064 (amazon)
Dell s2240l monitor: ₹8390 (snapdeal)
Lg gh24n595 cd/dvd: ₹1025 (flipkart)
Total: ₹37,005 (₹2000 more than my budget)
I checked the local prices and in Surat this config bought locally would cost more than ₹40,000! So I have chosen to buy online.
Please give your suggestions on changes that can be done with the config.
Please suggest a cabinet which is more easily available than deepcool tesseract (and cheaper) as I found it only on theitdepot website.
Also if possible, please suggest me other online sources for lesser prices.
Thanks for helping me!

But its 1866 mhz and my motherboard supports only till 1600mhz, so will it be compatible with my config? I don't know much about pc components so paradon me for my lack of knowledge.
Also, can you suggest some other cabinet?

1866mhz ram will be downclocked to 1600mhz. anyway 1600mhz fury is available. somebody ordered hyperx blu from snapdeal(i do not remember exactly) got a hyperx fury.
also for cabinet, cooler master elite 311. it is not as good as tesseract and is available for around 2.3k. also do a little more attention to the products bought from snapdeal.

Thanks for the advice, I will check the components immediately after I receive them. I have finally decided on deepcool tesseract after seeing the cm elite 311.
Will I need to buy ssd mounting bracket or deepcool tesseract doesn't need it? Samsung evo ssd doesn't come with bracket.
The only component I am confused is RAM as there are so many choices in the ₹3000 range such as corsair value select, corsair vengeance, kingston hyperx blu, fury, etc. Which one to buy?

Corsair Vengeance 4GB 1600Mhz @ 3k is best.

vengeance/hyperx fury or gskill ripjaws x are fine. value select at that price is not a good idea.
and you dont need ssd bracket... tesseract comes with 2.5" drive bays.

Thank you, I have found vengeance at ₹2990 on amazon.in and I am ordering it.
If one is not gonna overclock the ram then anything is fine.

Hey fellow members, can you suggest a good cabinet costing around 2500 other than deepcool tesseract, as theitdepot guys charge unreasonable shipping charges to ship the cabinet which makes it cost 2600+500(at least)=3100. For speed post they are quoting 900 rs!
I also read a thread on digit and on other sites for their reliability and now I don't want to purchase from them.

I searched around and found these:
Antec x1: 2510 (locally)
Antec v1: 2775 (locally)
Cooler master elite 311(suggested by many of you in various threads): 2492 (flipkart)
Which among these is better according to you?
If you know of any other cabinet in this range, please give your advice.
Thank you.
