New Office 2007 ribbons are quite useful feature but it takes time to be used to for these new ribbons. I found this small Add-on, which can add the missing Classic menus as well as toolbars in new Office 2007 just like previous Office versions.
Show classic menus and toolbars on the ribbon of Microsoft Office 2007:

Just download and install this software and you will be able to see and enjoy the main menu bar, standard toolbar and formatting toolbar once again in Microsoft Office 2007, as you did in Office 2003.
*www.addintools.com/english/images/gold_star.gif The familiar Office 2003 interface has been replaced by the Ribbon. It is cool and powerful, but many users can't find some of the features because they are hidden or moved to other places. If you install Classic Menu for Office 2007, these menus and toolbars will be retrieved and shown.
