Office 2003 installation error message

My brother bought a licensed Microsoft Office 2003 from China. The problem is that when I try to install Office 2003 error message comes stating that "The language of the installation package is not supported by your system."
It seems to be that it is a Chinese edition. I have heard that certain files when downloaded and run in the directory containing office 2003 can change the language. Is there any solution for this problem???

Try installing East Asian Language support for XP.Follow these steps:-

1]Go toControl Panel.
2]Click on "Date, Time, Language and Regional Options."
3]Select the "Add other languages" task or click on "Regional and Language Options" and select the Languages tab.
4]Check the "Install files for East Asian languages" option and click on the Apply button.
4]Click Yes when you are asked to restart Windows.
6]Go to "Add other languages" again and click on the Details button.
7]Click on the Add button.
8]Select the language you want to add in the drop-down list of input languages.Click OK for every query.

Then install Office 2003.

Ok if Support for East Asian languages is installed , after Office 2003 is installed then how do I change the Office 2003 's language to English.
