Now mobo as a replacement for Maximus V Gene RAM

My current config is as follows:
CPU Intel i5 3570k
RAM: Gskill 8gb ddr3 1600mhz ram
Cabinet: Corsair 400r cabinet
Graphics Card: ZOTAC Amp Extreme Core Edition, GEFORCE GTX 970

My motherboard Maximus V Gene RAM has gone bad & is out of warranty, my PC tech says it can't be fixed, I will try to get some other tech to repair it too but in the meantime I should be ready in case I have to buy a new motherboard. The same one is not available easily & since it's also an old model, I'd also like to look at current models which also support my config

I bought my pc for playing games primarily but I guess my interest became a little less & has gone more towards AI, ethical hacking etc
But to be safe, please suggest more than 1 option considering my interest in gaming (or using heavy graphical applications) may come back & especially considering that I already have a GEFORCE GTX 970

I don't think if you can get a brand new Z series board for your 3rd Gen chip. If you're up for used board, you can try OLX or tech forums. Else buy a new H or B series board.
May be H or B series board from popular brands. Surely you can find H or B series board from local brands like Zebronics, Mercury, Foxin. Try local PC shop or online.

Sell your processor & ram(should be able to get ~7-8k) & build a new system if possible.
