My nokia e72 is not working after being in water, I took it to a mobile repair shop(a relative of mine) and the he disassembled it. He used a blower to dry out the water. He also used Nail Polish thinner(acetone right?). But it did not boot. He said that the power IC is gone bad, and to get a new one I have to find another phone with same working IC, so that it can be replaced.
But I searched for the power IC of my phone and found these
Nokia Power IC Chip 4376051 Pearl 4.0 for Nokia 6730 E52 E72 E55
Nokia 4376047 Power Amplifier IC for 6700C E72 N8 X6
Also there are other site(mostly ship from china) selling these. I couldn't find any indian site. Also I don't know if the IC is available locally.
I don't have much info on these things, if somebody knows something then please suggest.
any idea ???
