No Video - Different Problem

Hi Everybody,
I have faced a different problem in one of my friend's PC. The problem is that the system doesn't play any type of videos in it. When we want to play any video files(*.avi, *.mpg, *.dat, *.vob etc) in any players like WMP11, Media Player Classic(K-Lite Mega Codec Pack), VLC, Power DVD etc they only plays the sound, video doesn't shown. What was the reason for this ? Plz reply quickly plzzzzzz............

Video codec try to install ffdshow codec.
Install ur video card drivers again(first uninstall the old one then install the new one the latest one)
Also check that Directdraw acceleration and direct3d acceleration are enabled to check this go to run->dxdiag->display

Check drivers first...
install drivers properly..which will include directX also...
then install Klite mega codec pack/VLC player...which should play your videos.

Try: *www.gomlab.com/eng , check for drivers (reinstall if necessary) and also get the latest version for k-lite

this also happens when you download video files from Internet and the files are broken somehow
