NFS UG2 failed to start!

My frnd gift me this game.It installs fine but whn i click to start it,d monitor turns blank n then again after 3-4 sec. it turns into normal screen Edited I uninstall n reinstall but nothing changed.Anybody PLEASE help me out How to run this game...I have sufficent requirements on my PC to run NFS UG2...THANKS FOR YOUR REPLIES

Hey i think u have a pirated version of the game !!

so most probably som files must be missing ! ....i think

No,I get all files copied...This game runs smooth on my frnd's PC! There r two CDs n i get 'Installation Complete' message also :roll:
