Are newer Sempron 2500+, 2600+ really 64 bit processors,
I Recently Buyied 2500+ for Rs 2400, I checked on various Sites they say that it is 64 bit.....
But AMD is not advertising it as a 64 bit processor,
Why is this....

Or you could check the OPN[Ordering Part Number] which can usually been seen through the box transparent window.
Check the AMD website for sempron 64-bit OPN.

1. See at th My computer properties

2. Use any software like CPU-Z, Everest, etc.

3. See the box

4. See the Processor's core itself (only if you can remove the heat sink safely).

5. Like digen suggested

6. And many other ways !!!
