I have to build this as soon as possible, Probably in 1 weeks for my cousin:

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.' Vague answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work.)
Ans: Home use, Video Streaming, Trading, Light video editing and normal gaming

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then please mention.
Ans: Max 70 K & depends for extending

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: A BIG NO

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Win 10

5. How much hard drive / solid-state drive space is needed?
Ans: Min with SSD / M2 & 2Tb of a hard drive

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention the screen size and resolution you prefer. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, then do mention the screen size and resolution of the monitor you have.
Ans: Yes, probably a 24 inch

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy? i.e. which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: NA

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: In a week

9. Have you ever built a desktop before? Or, will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Online or at Lamington Road Mumbai.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Mainly looking for the AMD Ryzen config but not sure if the purpose can be fulfilled with that rig!

Make a priority between gaming or video editing.
Ex: the build below can comfortably handle 1080p 144hz gaming.

CPU- i3 12100F-9k

Motherboard- Asus H610 -7k

Memory- 1x 16GB 3200Mhz C16 - 5k (add another 16GB stick of the same model later)

GPU- RTX 2060 Super / AMD RX 6600 - 24k

SSD- Crucial P2 500GB - 3.5k

HDD- 2TB 7200Rpm - 4.3k

Cabinet- Deepcool Matrexx 40 3Fs - 3.5k

PSU- XPG Pylon 550w / Deepcool PK550D - 3.3K

Monitor - Viewsonic VX2405 P MHD FHD 144Hz IPS - 12.5k

Total- 72k

Or for pure video editing, replace some of the parts from the above build with these -
CPU- i5 12400 - 17.5k

Motherboard- Gigabyte B660 DS3H -11K

Memory- 2x 16GB 3600Mhz CL18 - 10k

SSD - 1TB WD SN570 -7k

GPU - iGPU
This won't take you far in gaming though, unless you plan on majorly playing esports titles. So would recommend the first rig with i3.

Mainly looking for the AMD Ryzen config but not sure if the purpose can be fulfilled with that rig
What exactly do you mean? AMD chips give about the same value and performance as Intel counterparts (R5 5600)

Prioritise on gaming or video editing. Sadly the budget is not high enough to get good performance for both. The i3 12100 is good enough for gaming, not so great video editing experience (will be fine for a novice), I'd say the i5 12400 is more comfortable.

CPU - Intel i5 12400 - 17.5k (iGPU helps with Intel quicksync, look into it if it benefits you)

Mobo - Asus Prime H610M-E D4 - 7.2k

RAM - 1x16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16 - 4.5k (add another later)

GPU - Sapphire/Powercolor/Asus RX6600 - 23.5k

M.2 SSD - WD SN570 500GB - 4k

HDD - WD/Seagate 2TB 7200RPM - 4.8k

PSU - Deepcool PM650D 80+ Gold - 4.9k

Cabinet - Ant Esports ICE-311MT - 3.7k

Monitor - LG 24GN650 24″ 1080p 144Hz IPS Freesync - 16k (has good colour accuracy as well unlike cheaper monitors IMO)

Total - 86.1k

You can downgrade the CPU to i3 12100F for 8.5k to save 9k w/o loss in gaming performance. Rest, not much wiggle room IMO.

Thanks Omega44-XT & Destgod... Need your final thoughts on AMD Ryzen G processors. Will none of them will be enough for video editing and gaming?

Ryzen G is an easy avoid, just inferior performance to vanilla Ryzen. So stick to Intel 12th gen or R5 5600, based on budget.
