(a) At present, LeEco Le 2 is available for INR10499 at Flipkart and right now at times they say they will deliver to my location - Lucknow, Uttar pradesh. That option is not available right now though it was there yesterday.
(b) I am a very slow person on an ancient computer so I am unable to buy in Flash sale plus every time I have checked, flipkart and xiaomi both refuse to deliver to my location. so in a manner, that 3S Prime is almost ruled out. Also, it has no screen protection.
(c) The person is not very rich so will not change it frequently.
