Gpu prices are still very high, just 6 months back it was 19k, Question is can i run the computer without a graphic card till prices drop. or can i run it on a cheaper graphic card say buy the 1050ti now, will i get atleast half if i want resell it once the volta series is out?

if gaming is not a priority then skip the gpu for now-its not an appropriate time to splurge on a new gpu right now as most of the older cards that are currently available are grossly overpriced and they are likely to be rendered totally obsolete once newer graphics cards are launched later this year.

Should i get the 1050ti for time being and later upgrade new to volta series once, gaming is ofcourse a priority.

yeah you may do that-but as of now its really unclear as to which gpu lineup will succeed nvidia's pascal-volta is reportedly intended for scientific applications, its much too expensive to be used as a mainstream gaming gpu.But nvidia may launch some lower priced versions of the volta gpus with reduced functionality later this year or they may release an entirely new range of products altogether-some are predicting that it will most likely be nvidia's ampere or turing range of gpus.

if you are buying a 1050ti now,i would suggest that you get an used gpu and save some money at the same time-you can find some relatively new 1050s and 1050tis in the used peripherals market at really good prices these days.

Also could u please give me a 60k setup ( excluding this graphic card ) buying today or tomorrow ( keyboard and mouse dont need )

Pretty sure he'll still include them in recommendation and inflate the budget to 80k.

OP will need a GPU to get a display output on this config.

@OP, unless you go for APU based system, you gotta buy a dedicated GPU with a ryzen CPU. otherwise you will not get any display output.

Could u recommend me the setup pls

since you are planning on getting a new GPU later, my suggestion would be to get a used GPU for now until you purchase a new one.
you can try bazaar sections of different forums(like erodov, techenclave) including digit.
since you do not want to overclock, stock cooler will suffice.
