Considering the impending release of PS5 pro & performance rumoured around 7700XT - 7800XT range, be aware that a 6750XT will be inferior in performance, surely noticeably better than PS5 (similar to RX 7600/6600XT).

SSD for PS5:
www.amazon.in/Corsair-MP600-NVMe-PCIe-Gen4/dp/B09Q2NCFS7
2TB because it costs 50% more than good Gen4 1TB SSDs.

SN770 is just a bit under required specs of PS5 but it indeed works well on PS5 according to users in reddit who are using that.

4060Ti is equivalent to 6750XT

Not much idea about PS5 but I think 2TB SSDs are fine.

Gen5 SSD & GPU slot mobos are very expensive. No Gen5 GPU yet. Also difference between Gen3 vs Gen4 GPUs is barely 5%, like if you put a Gen4 GPU on a Gen3 slot, you lose 5% vs using it on a Gen4 slot, unless limited in bandwidth by number of lanes, like 6500XT is.

31k+ for 4060 is just a bad price when 6750XT is 35k. Your call if you want to waste your money. 6750XT is going out of stock fast:
www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/asrock-rx-6750-xt-challenger-pro-oc-12gb-gaming-graphics-card-rx6750xt-clp-12go/

AIOs are just fancy coolers, unless you get a 360mm or 420mm one. Settle for AG400 or AK400 (latter just looks better) for even R5 7600.

IMO your 80k budget is too low for R5 7600 + 6750XT. R5 5600 vs R5 7600 difference in gaming won't be much for a GPU at 6750XT performance, will be much less noticeable for the 4060 class.

1TB SSD is very much required, that too Gen4, games need a lot of space & newer games need a fast SSD. Dependency on dual channel RAM is indeed lower for DDR5 vs DDR4 but still better to have 2x 16GB RAM. DDR5 6000MHz CL30 is price to performance sweet spot, don't cheap out on RAM trying to save 1k when your whole build is costing 80k+, you will lose 10% or so in performance. Can buy 2nd DDR5 RAM stick later can manage with single stick for few months.

For printer, explore ink tank printers, starts around 8k.

Potential 92k build, SSD might be cheaper on amazon with card offers. Check which parts can be had for cheaper locally, compare prices incl. of taxes:
