Looking to buy a new PC and need some help

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.' Vague answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work.)
Ans: Video and Photo Editing. Software to be used mainly Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve. Also AutoCAD.
Also some Gaming mainly @FHD/2K

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then please mention.
Ans: 1.25-1.5 Lac. Would like it to be on the lower side

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Win 11

5. How much hard drive / solid-state drive space is needed?
Ans: 1TB ssd for OS for now. Will be adding another 1TB ssd from my current Laptop to it

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention the screen size and resolution you prefer. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, then do mention the screen size and resolution of the monitor you have.
Ans: No. Will use my current one for now. Will be adding a 4K monitor to this system at a later date

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy? i.e. which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Keyboard & Mouse

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Within this month (June 2026)

9. Have you ever built a desktop before? Or, will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Built by me

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Chandigarh
Open to Online or Local buy, or from Delhi NCR

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I've picked out a build myself, which comes to 1.5L. I fear some components I've chosen might be overkill for the needs.

Would like some feedback and if its possible to change some components to reduce the overall price

Couple of questions:
1. Would a B650 M/B be fine instead of a B850.
2. 750W PSU should be fine or should i go for 850W just to be safe.

I have asked from a local vendor and he came up with this system
R5 7600x + RTX 5060 8GB + 32 GB RAM + 1TB ssd = 1.25L (includes motherboard, PSU, Air cooler and Cabinet)
Main concern was that some parts he's chosen were on cheaper side mainly PSU, case & ssd, so might not be reliable.

Visited another Vendor. Quoted 1.46L with following specs:
R5 9600x
ASRock B850M-X WiFi R2
Corsair 32GB 5200MHz
WD Black SN7100 Gen4 1TB
ASUS Dual RX 9060XT 16GB
Lian Li Lancool 207
Corsair CX750 80+ Bronze
Arctic Freezer 36 A-RGB (120mmX2)

Price includes assembly. Any and all after sales service including the warranty for all parts will be done by them
Only thing I would change above is getting a Gold rated PSU instead of Bronze

Share the exact part name which local vendor

Is it with 32gb ddr4 ram or ddr5 ram
32GB DDR5 5200MHz

Specs look nice, and it's a great build.

I think RAM and SSD prices are a little high right now, although I'm not sure whether they'll come down in the future.

I'm not fully up to date with the latest hardware, but I have a similar setup (5600X + 9060 XT 16GB + 32GB DDR4 RAM), and it runs fine on my Corsair CX550 PSU that I bought in 2017 or 2018.

The 9060 XT is a very capable card.

Don't forget to buy a UPS to protect the PC.
