PS: @omega44-xt do you think that the total price of my rig would be significantly lower if I do some research at Nehru Place?

Maybe, worth checking out Nehru Place if you can & have time. Don't expect significantly lower although as usually the quotes you get will be higher than buying parts separately online based on best deals.

You're already reducing the price of the build by buying in September. GPU prices will definitely dip some more by the next month. I'd say that the i7 12700 should also reduce in price, as it bizarrely rose by 4k in the past month.
