New PC configuration, Budget- 65K

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: I need PC for office work, I would mainly work on REVIT Architecture, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop, After effects. Sometimes i need to use these applications simultaneously. Also out look and chrome are always in use.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: My budget is Rs.65,000 i can add Rs.5000 more if needed!

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: I have never done it but if it helps then i am ready to try.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Win 7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: I need a 4 TB drive and if budget allows SSD also.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:Yes 21"

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:I have new UPS 1KVA

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: I want to purchase after a month. may first week most likely.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes i have assembled a PC before, but It will be done by an assembler.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:I live in delhi, i can go and buy the components in Nehru place or also order online. whatever saves money!

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Yes, i would like to add a graphic card if it helps reasonably in improving the performance, but after a couple of month. Budget 20,000.

Since Ryzen 5 1600X does not have an iGPU I added a GPU.
Because of Bitcoin mining GPU prices have tripled.
If you don't want to buy a GPU now then you need to go with Ryzen 5 2400G APU which is a quad core that costs 13k

Intel just announced cheaper 300 series chipsets. Wait till there are enough mobos available on the market, unless you want to just get an i7-8700k based system.

The new AMD Ryzen+ processors are launching soon (April 2nd week). I don't really expect the lay of the land for CPUs to change much, but do look into them before purchasing.
The lack of iGPU in high-end Ryzens isn't that much of a problem, and the downgrade from the 8-core Ryzen 7 1700 (19k) to the 4-core Ryzen 5 2400G (14k) is pretty significant. So, I think it's better to pair a Ryzen 7 with a low-end GT 710 (2.5k) rather than going with the 2400G. Since you anyway plan to upgrade the GPU in a few months, the 2400G just doesn't make a lot of sense. Between R7 1700 and i7 8700 (both builds cost about the same), I'd go with Intel, and that's what I've suggested above, but there are workloads where the 8-core R7 can come out slightly ahead, so keep an eye out for the upcoming Ryzen+ processors.

Is there any feature in the B360 mobo that the H310 does not offer and the OP actually needs? A 450W PSU should suffice even if a mid-range GPU is added later on. And why does this build need a gaming keyboard? A mechanical KB might help, but a gaming KB? The reason I downgraded those parts from your build is because the OP has a budget of 65k and can stretch to 70k.

Exactly. Sunil has been recommending that KB combo for literally any build. And he isn't reading/considering OP properly (as evident from much higher priced config suggestion)

B360 has PCIE 3.0 but H310 offers only PCIE2.0.
Also H310 mobos will not have M.2 slots. For a budget of 65k I dont think OP should be denied of these basic features that are pretty much a standard now. Unless he is ready to upgrade his mobo later.

wrong info. all h310 motherboard comes with one pcie 3.0 x16. even the h61 chipsets which were the basic chipsets for intel's 3rd gen CPUs have one pcie 3. x16 slot.

Also H310 mobos will not have M.2 slots. For a budget of 65k I dont think OP should be denied of these basic features that are pretty much a standard now. Unless he is ready to upgrade his mobo later.

those were for actually x1,x2 and x4 lanes. for x16 lanes it is the pcie 3.0. for other lanes it is 2.0.
