New Pc config

Hello guys,
I am planning on upgrading my pc. I will be using the pc for work....running applications like flash cs3/cs4,eclipse,apache and also maybe listening to music at the same time. Will play a few games on it....counter strike 1.6 not all the latest ones. Also want the pc to be future proof. I am ok with a AMD config to. Budget 15-20 max(can exclude the moniter).

excluding monitor, you can get a perfect system for 20k, if you can afford. rather than AMD, Intel Core2Duo 2.66, ASUS P5N-MX, 4GB RAM, 250 GB HDD, DVD RW, cabinet. its less than 16k, if you want graphics card, you can get one. please let me know any updates..
