1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Home use for casual gaming and some editing stuff / CAD

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 30K maximum

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1 TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes, probably 22 inch

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: N.A.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Oct 2018

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Myself

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Online or Lamington Road Mumbai

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Preferably Ryzen3 2200G or Ryzen5 2400G, don't want SSD coz i think it will not fit in this budget

You don't have enough budget to fit everything. This is the cheapest I can think of but still overshoots your budget by 10%
~33k
Ryzen 2200G
Gigabyte B350M D3H
Corsair DDR4 4GB
WD Blue 7200 rpm 1TB
Antec BP series 450w
Generic cabinet
Logitech KB & Mouse combo
Dell E2219HN

If you still want to fit everything under/around your budget, go for 19" screen.

Yeah, but you don't have sufficient budget.
Which motherboard shares 4 gigs for iGPU? Any link to the motherboard?

Googled. Third party sites info say it's 2GB. So I will take that official site info is wrong in that regard.

^^It is irrelevant, igpu uses same ram as system so whether you allocate 1gb,2gb,4gb it is all the same with no effect on igpu performance except maybe for some games which refuse to launch if they detect vram to be less than a certain limit(& I don't think there is any game that won't even launch at 2gb detected vram if all other minimum requirements are met).

P.S. if a game demands more than 2gb then that will be automatically taken from any free system ram if igpu supports it.Though I doubt it because even a 1050Ti requires more than 2gb vram in certain situations only & 2200/2400g graphics is a bit behind 1050Ti.
