New mobile under Rs 3.5k

Hi guys!
I am planning to buy an alternate cell phone under Rs 3.5k (I already own a k790i)
I want the phone to have the foll features:-
1) Excellent battery life
2) Good network picking capability
3) Good Keypad (as I'l be text messaging a lot on this phone)
4) FM

I don't care about the brand name. All I want is a good phone. I'l be using it a lot since I'l be putting a different sim card which will allow me to make calls and send text messages at a much cheaper rate.

What do u have to say about the foll phones:
1) Nokia 2600 classic
2) Nokia 2310

I've heard from different sites like gsm arena that the two moto phones, W230 and W270 are not having a good battery life...
Correct me if I am wrong

But if you need a **complete** low budget alternate mobile, then I'll say Nokia 3110c. It has got MP3 player, FM, 1.3mp camera, Bluetooth, Infrared, EDGE, Java......everything. And I think, it is the best low budget complete mobile....It is available for Rs.4200 here.

1) I can review if you want.... I've one at my home. And I think its the best low end mobile.....

2) The screen is 128*160 pixels and 1.75inches.

3) The platform is Nokia S40.

4) It should run these Java games. The maximum Jar file size it supports is 1MB...It has Java MIDP 2.0...So, you can also get Opera Mini 4.1 running on it.

It supports microSD cards upto 2GB and has got 9MB internal memory.

It also supports Stereo Bluetooh (A2DP) and the keypad is quite comfortable. Video recording is done @ QCIF resolution. [176*144 pixels]

But, the screen quality isn't that good.
