Hello friends,

My current laptop Asus A15, now 5 years old, has served me well but recently started giving trouble. So, looking for a new laptop; kindly check the requirements and suggest a suitable laptop.

1) What is your budget?
70-80K INR max.

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?
14"-15" good quality screen, not too heavy.

3) What are the primary tasks you will be performing with this notebook?
Mainly programming in Visual Studio 2022, VS Code, and PostgreSQL DB.

5) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eying for ?
Any powerful CPU (preferably AMD), 16 GB RAM min. (more better), 512 GB storage min.

4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
Any reliable mainstream brand.

6) Anything else you would like to say?
Will use Windows 11, no gaming, no overclocking.

Thanks a lot! :)

Hello friends, any suggestion?

I was checking Lenovo ThinkPad laptops but looks like the models with latest CPU (AMD 8xxx series) are very costly.

Thanks for the reply! I checked those laptops; looks good but not sure about the Intel CPUs these days. Have heard that intel CPUs are not efficient and generate more heat?

Any other suggestion? I'm planning to purchase during the upcoming Dussera sale.
