New Laptop : Core I5 vs Core I7

Hello Digit Community,

Hope you all are doing well. I am in search of a new laptop after spending 4 years with my earlier one. I am confused between two configurations, would really appreciate some help. The two options I am looking at are,

1. Core I5 7300HQ + GTX 1060 6 GB

2. Core I7 7700HQ + GTX 1050TI 4 GB

I play FPS games and Online games such as World Of Tanks. Which configuration would serve me well not only today but also 4-5 years down the line ?

There is no need for that, I know what I want for the rest of the specs. Won't the 7300 HQ bottleneck the 1060 ?

The need exists because if you are buying it in India, you are paying about 50% extra on the actual price (stupid taxes, I know). Haven't watched a review of any laptop having that config.

That is ridiculously overpriced. Almost 100% markup. i7 version in USA for same config goes for 1100-1200$ normally.
You can buy a good 1060 laptop from USA for 1300-1500$ AND probably assemble a 1050Ti+ R5 1400 desktop (without monitor) here in the same amount.
