What about future battery replacement? The BX one apparently has easily available batteries also has longer runtime on battery:
APC Easy UPS BVX 1200VA, 230V, AVR, India Sockets - APC India
APC Back-UPS 1100VA, 230V, without auto shutdown software, 5 India outlets (1 surge) - APC India

Any other viable option in India for 1kVA+ UPS?

Not sure about that, if you live in an area where fluctuations don't occur that often then you can consider the bx model

CPU - i5 12400
Mobo - Gigabyte B660M DS3H WiFi
RAM - 2x16GB 3600MHz CL18 Corsair Vengeance LPX
SSD - Gigabyte Aorus Gen4 1TB
GPU - Zotac AMP Holo RTX3070
PSU - NZXT C750
Cabinet - Lian Li Lancool II Mesh Type C
Total = 145.6k

UPS - APC BX1100C - 6k
Fan (rear) - Antec P12 - 550
Fan hub - Deepcool FH04 - 450

Reuse -
Monitor - Acer VG240Ys - 24" 1080p 144Hz Freesync (will be upgrading to 2K 144Hz soon)
SSD - HP EX920 1TB
HDD - 1TB 2.5" laptop HDD

I know mobo doesn't support type C header, but jumping up to Asus TUF B660M Plus WiFi was costing about 7k extra. Overall the price I got is good for the current market scenario. Using stock CPU cooler for now.

In my current house, I will have to use the desktop over WiFi, had upgraded router to TP Link AX10, which is a WiFi 6 router.

Nope, it's entirely new. The seller initially quoted close to 150k, then reduced prices as I'm buying the entire rig from him. I bought it from a Mumbai based seller who shipped it to me.
