1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Gaming - Playing Games like Call of Duty BlackOps 4, Pubg, Dota2

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:80k budget.. however willing to go till 1lac if required

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Using Windows 10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1TB/250gb ssd (Already existing)

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.

Not sure if I should buy the Aopen 27HC1R 27-inch Curve Gaming Monitor.

Additionally, I have the Hyper212, Asus GTX 960 Strix and CoolerMaster HAF 912, but thinking of upgrading these. Let me know if I should reuse them.

Ans: First week of Feb or March 2019 (based on how much bonus i get at work in feb :p)

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Will be building it my self.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Live in Mumbai. Will be purchasing most of my stuff from Lamington Road or from mdcomputers/primeabgb/newegg(if cheap)

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:
Was thinking of getting the NZXT H500 case and go with a ryzen build. Should i get the 2060 ? A second hand Asus strix 1080 is for sale for 30k, should i buy that one?

If the price for a second hand 1080 is 30k then avoid it as Nvidia''new 2060 is ggoing to cost around same price and performs nearly equal to it .

For gaming intel processors are better but their prices are currently inflated so hard to recommend unless you are absolutely sure to squeeze every drop of performance for gaming from processor. In either case don't go below ryzen 7 for a gaming pc in this budget. You won't get a better mobo then MSI carbon pro ac below 15k. If old cabinet is still in good condition then no need to spend on it now. Definitely go for APC UPS as more than power backup it also adds an extra layer of protection which is recommended for such a costly system. Check ram prices again, currently corsair lpx 3000mhz is hovering ~10k & may come down to 9k by march.

Which Monitor should i buy?
or
*www.amazon.in/Aopen-27HC1R-27-inch...=UTF8&qid=1548411600&sr=8-2&keywords=27+144hz

I currently have the BenQ RL2455HM. Or do you guys suggest some other model (25k budget). Also which graphic card would be advisable for these resolutions.
