Right off the assembly line
hi all,

iam planning to buy a new computer. iam not that tech saavy...but i was a gaming freak some 8 yrs back. i have been using my same old computer since then....iam from mumbai and dunno how much these cost ....appreciate ur suggestion on the below config mentioned.....

Q9450 ( if this costs more then would like to go for Q6600 or Q9300 )
ASUS P5E3 Premium ( which mobo would be best for Q9300 or Q6600 )
8800 GT 512 Ram Geforce
2 GB DDR2
SMPS 600 W ( Not sure if the dealer said " Cool Master " )
320 GB Seagate HDD
Logitech mouse
Logitech Keyboard
19 " Samsung Monitor

Really very confused abt the mobo....my budget is 60K for complete config

P5E3 :confused:- with Wifi - 20k
But dnt get thsi one, Instead invest in good GPU or PSU...
I suggest u ABIT IP35- Pro for around 9k.... Best for u
and ASUS P5Q Pro for 8k/Deluxe - 11.9k... ABIT IX38 QuadGT - 11000
8800GT - Dont go for this one, instead go for Palit HD4850 for around 10k or a Palit HD4870 Sonic Edition for around 17k...
2GB DDR2 800MHz - 1800
CM 600W - 3.1k or Corsair VX450W - 3.2k
320GB SATAII - 2.6k..Best VFM is WD 640GB - 3.8k
19" LCD Samsung - 9k
Logitech Combo Wireless- 1.2k

Go for Q9300+ASUS P5Q Deluxe+Palit HD4870+2GB+VX450W+640GB WD+19" Samsung+Logitech combo = around 57k/-

Mobo is of ur choice and instead of investing in Mobo+CPU go for 22" Dell monitor as it is the best VFM as of now.....
The above config added with a 22" LCD will blown any game away the ground....

Q9300+ASUS P5Q Pro+Palit HD 4870+22" Dell+4GB DDR2+CM600W+WD 640GB+Logitech Combo = 60.2k.... Its a sweet deal n if u raise ur budget by 2k u get a ASUS P5Q Deluxe and get gaming monster with u....
