I have no experience in zotac products or its after sales service, but I do understand the 'painful' rashi rma. Despite that, I am inclined towards asus products with a pray that I dont have to visit rashi later on :p

Its not about taking the lead its about what products they are delivering to the end user ... i m not saying Asrock is bad .. just tht they have more % of RMA then any other manufacturer
