I will pick Asrock Z77 E4 as it is highly acclaimed by tomshardware 2012 and has better VFM and moreover its full ATX while Asus Gene is mATX.

I would still go for asus .. its not fanboism but the Quality and Performance

I am not taking zotac side but considering aditya infotech services, 5 years warranty from Zotac and amazing cooling/performance capability of zotac gtx670 amp makes me tilt towards it.

PS : No hard feelings for Asus but Rashi pathetic experience drifted me away from it.
