.Net Framework Issue

Hi

I have trying to use ez activator and it requires .net framework 4.03.

Had downloaded .net 4.03 but it is now asking for visual studio 2010.

So do i need to install visual studio 2010 as i am using win 7 professional sp1

and if i am required to install VS where can i download it from if a link could be provided.

try this .. Update 4.0.3 for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 - this is the RunTime Update. most probably you were trying to install the design time updates for VS2010
