needed smps and video card for my pc

* intel dual core 2.5 ghz
* 4 GB ddr2 ram(2*2)
* on-board video and audio
* 320 GB western digital sata hard disk
* lite-on DVD writer
* a zebronics tower with 400 watts psu

i need to get a reliable smps; is mine a htpc ;what kind of machine is it ? .

i need a SMPS and VIDEO-CARD from nvidia ( would be right i hope ) else ati ( if it suits nvidia motherboard )

i will play euro truck simulator, the Sims 3 and similar games

(every simulation game will be run and bike racing,car racing too will be added) in extreme graphics

( not 8x/16x/xx FULL SCREEN ANTI ALIASING or ANISOTROPIC FILTERING )

please send a suitable reply ;i have to get a smps

nvidia responded me to get an x4- 600 watts ultra sli/cf certified ,
i prefer a single video card preferably a single slot (if it exists) solution to be a wiser option

the options are;-

asus GT 450, asus ati HD 5670 both stock models

i stick to clocked ones, my motherboard is stock i go wtih stock

please recommend what is best--- regarding smps and it's power
when a ati hd 5670 or nvidia gt450
(one of these stock models when inserted inside my pci express graphics card slot)
i heard sapphire is best for ati(but rashi peripherals from Tamil Nadu said go for xfx ?)
evga is best for nvidia .

i need a direct x 11 card

not a direct x 10 or with pixel shaders 3.0 or under.
these will be slow for sims 3 night life and upcoming editions of more games i suppose ! .

german truck simulator almost made my monitor blind because of graphical configuration .

i have bought a huntkey greenstar 500 w smps for 2650 rupees .
