the Microsoft mouse did serve me for years back in the day. its still working but not in use. meanwhile i have changed atleast 4 gaming mice...

Which microsoft mouse? Kindly link. I have no mouse survive for long. The left click always goes berserk after few months.
Except Logitech G102, which is still serving after few years.

Oh you do? I used logitech b100 and it worked good for 3 years and even still works , I only switched because of gaming needs and still use a logitech mice.

I am using Logitech mouse don't know model number, but it's working fine for 12+ years. Not repaired a single time. Same for keyboard.
I needed another mouse because no of laptops increased for WFH.
