at least 1 hdmi and 1 usb

any brand that has good service and gives good Life span

expecting a good lifespan
picture quality should be very good in the budget
preferred good speaker and android connectivity if possible

LG, Samsung and Sony are top tier.
Hisense and TCL are top contender brands.
All others are non native TV/display makers. So their TV's not never a good choice.

Also, tatasky is too expensive. If it has your channels, get SunHD. It's HD channels are HEVC encoded and its the cheapest DTH(lowest ncf of ₹50 or ₹0(fta plan)) with best audio quality. However, it's a DTH with main focus of English and South channels. If audio quality is not your main then go with d2h. Good video quality but terrible stereo audio(it's dolby audio feed is good). It's packs are cheaper than tatasky.

Decide on size

Vu, Hisense, Xiaomi - you might be able to get 55" 4K for 31-32k

Samsung, LG - 43" 4K for 27k or so

Panel quality difference is not night & day between Vu/Hisense & Samsung/LG, so bigger panel size is definitely much better

Ignore TCL, heard Toshiba is fine though. 50" is in a weird spot.
