Need to purchase digital camera

Hello Friends,

I am planning to buy digital camera. Could you please tell me which one is good? My budget is up to 20k. I need camera with good megapixel & with good optical zoom. Also I want to know whether can I get digital SLR camera in 20K & is it easy to use?
