Need to decide on a motherboard

I want to but a motherboard(preferably asus) with onboard graphics.
I will be using the following components on teh motherboard

Intel Core2duoE4300
1gb RAM
10GB HDD SATA
DVD writer

The motehrboard should have good features like onboard gigabit etc..

Btw see asus p5b vm.. Onboard intel gma x3000 gfx.. But it doesnt hav gigabit ethernet
