Need Tablet for General Usage

Os : Android
Budget : 15k to 20k
Brand : Anything reliable
Size : 7" to 9"
Usage : IM apps, Small Casual Games, VOIP (skype, Viber etc ) and Google Maps, Occasional Browsing and Movies/TV series Watching.

PS: USB OTG functionality is must. Would prefer if it's 3G/4G Sim model but it's not deal breaker.

Asus Zenpad S8.0 (ps-None of the other Zenpads are good, only this one)
Asus ZenPad S 8.0 Z580CA - Full tablet specifications
was available on FK and Amazon but its no longer available for some reason

otherwise Mi pad or Mi pad 2(yet to launch in India) is good too
if you dont mind an older device- nexus 7 is still a good buy but a 2016 model is supposedly incoming

Oh and if you dont mind windows , HP Stream offers better functionality for the price imho

Windows Tablets are off the table and so is MiPad..

My friend is looking to buy a tablet around that price range as well.
I had him narrow down to 2,

- SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab A T355Y 16 GB
- Asus Zenpad 8.0 380KL 16 GB

What is the approximate price? I found a local store which is selling it but is priced at 30k.

Z580CA is definitely better than 380KL
2k display
4GB RAM
Stylus/pen

If it is aptly priced then I think it is the best deal even at 30k.
