I added 27" 4K IPS monitor, 2TB SSD + 2TB HDD. The i5 13500 is an excellent value for money CPU & its next jump up would be i7 13700K for another ~15k but that will need an AIO cooler, thus increasing cooler budget as well. You can jump to 13600K for another ~6-7k for a 10-15% jump in performance, but IMO K series CPUs need Z series mobo to unlock potential fully.

Cabinet, yes, because of ATX mobo + 360mm AIO support.

My bad regarding that 13600K rig. Full ATX mobo needs a bigger cabinet, what I suggested is a mATX compact case.

I don't know much about AIOs, knew that Arctic ones were great. But Arctic products are disappearing from India. Check Gamers Nexus reviews of AIOs & decide on one. Heard Galahad is good, hence put that. See how good cheaper 360mm AIOs can get compared to this. 13700K can potentially consume 250W of power on load vs 150W of 13500 & 180W of 13600K. Undervolting will benefit 13700K.
