My CPU seems to gone kaput as the PC doesn't boot and CPU LED is on. Please see my Sig for my current config.
I wanted to buy a 2500K but it is not available anywhere. So I like to replace my CPU and mobo.
Need suggestion to purchase these with similar performance in cheapest budget.
Please do not suggest AMD FX as I am not ready to purchase a system without iGPU.

Already tried to run the system with a different smps
Same result
However I do not have another system to check the current smps

I Dont think that CPU go kaput that easily till they get burned. Check various options like changing RAM. PC not booting with LED on is the main symptom.

But in my mobo there are separate led for CPU, memory, boot disk
If memory not ok then CPU led should pass

Due to festive season I haven't been able to purchase anything yet. However I was thinking probably only the mobo is gone.
So is it a good idea to purchase a LGA 1155 mobo that will support 2500k? If yes please suggest some models.
On the other hand if the proccy turned out to be faulty after i purchase a new mobo then i need to buy LGA 1155 based proccy. I am totally confused. Should I change both mobo and proccy?

You can change either one of those. Just there's a catch. i5 2500k is LGA 1155 and i5 4570 is LGA 1150. So you better talk to the shopkeepers locally and say that if the new mobo doesn't work, you won't buy that rather you'll buy i5 4570 + Gigabyte B85 D3H.

BTW try to look for these mobos -

ASRock Z77 Extreme 4
Gigabyte Z77X UD3H
Asus P8Z77 V

LGA 1155 (Z77) mobos will cost more than LGA 1150 (B85) due to many reasons so expect then at a price of ~8-9k

why not try with a cheap LGA 1155 celeron cpu ? This way you would not have to invest much money or else try a local pc hardware repair store and tell them to check the motherboard with a cpu from their stock. There's plenty of Pentium / Celeron LGA 1155 cpus out there. So this should not be a problem.

I am finally able to identify that the mobo is gone.
Now there is not many lga1155 boards available. Locally available
GA-B75M-D3H (₹ 4500 + tax)
GA-Z77M-D3H (₹ 8000 + tax)
Deciding to go for z77m-d3h
