Need Suggestion: 32" LED Full HD TV

I need to buy a 32" Full HD TV for my parents in Kolkata.

My budget is 38-40k and based on that I checked Samsung Series 5 LED Tv (UA32D5000PRMXL) which is priced around 38k in Flipkart.

I would need your expert advice if I can have a better option than this at a better price.

5 Series Samsung LEDs are the best out the there, you can even have a look at 32D5900 its 2-3k costlier than 32D5000, both the models are good.
