I would suggest you to use some subtitle website to download the subs in the language that you want. No idea about subtitle edit.

Most of the Movies other than Hollywood...Not available easily in English, it takes more time available.

I searched more... Google asking API key to translate.

There are tons of subtitle websites, use them. They will have the subs in the language that you want.

Try copy pasting entire content of srt file in google translator site & then just copy paste the translated text back to a new srt file.
Tried...not translate more than 80 lines.

Most of Sub 800 to 1100 lines... depending upon Movies.

You can do it the slow way, convert 80 lines at a time so it will take ~10-12 times to convert entire srt file using google translate.Should not take more than 5-6 minutes.

I have no idea about this auto translation.
But,
Google translate is that good? For one word, it's okay. But for a whole sentence, it sucks most of the time. At least that's my experience with google translate.
